I'm wondering if we have some kind of automatic removal if a device has been switched off for a period of time but I cannot find it.When people switch their phones off for a week or two they seem to drop out of MaaS and when they switch them back on apps are removed which I think is the "MDM Control Removal" option on each app.Lots of reports of phones stuck on "Update Requested".A few phones seem to have iOS 12 or 13 installed when between iOS and MaaS automatic updates should be happening automatically?.Under Apps/Catalog most apps don't have "Update Automatically" checked - guessing they should?.Things I'm seeing that I don't fully understand: There are some apps set to push through app bundles to phone groups. We enrol iPhones and iPads through DEP so people just switch the phone on and put in their AD credentials and it sets it up. I didn't set all of this up so I'm trying to get my head around things and the documentation and support isn't the greatest so far. We use iOS and MaaS360 MDM to manage them.
